A couple of good places to start looking at artists books by Australian artists are the Grahame Galleries + Editions website and the Bibliotheca Librorum apud Artificem website where you can browse through extensive private collections of books made by printmakers, photographers, photomonteurs, painters, writers and poets.
The State Library of Queensland has a virtual exhibition and quite a lot of information in its website.
Black and White Books, the first of the Artisan Books annual exhibitions, was held in Melbourne in 2005. Work from the more recent exhibitions can be seen on the Artisan Books website.
There are some artists who make artists books on the the ABC's Art Post website which is "... an interactive website and short video series for TV broadcast which showcases artists working throughout Australia.
Also Diane Fogwell has a selection of her wonderful prints and books on her website.
